LAPC Digital Projector Use Policies (4/06)

1. The projector caretaker will be the President or an appointee with these duties:
   • ensures the projector is present at all LAPC meetings
   • ensures laptop is available at meeting
   • tracks club member usage reservations & current location
   • maintains records of use and keeps release forms (see 10) on file
      
2. Reservations are first come, first served
    
3. One free use per year for each member
    
4. $10 per use (3-day max) for members, after the free use
    
5. Projector must be at LAPC meetings
    
6. Security deposit not required
    
7. Sr. Center may use projector if need arises
    
8. No non-member use
    
9. No use outside LA County
    
10. Borrower signs release of liability and promises to replace or repair if lost, stolen, or damaged
